Daily meditation is the key to happiness. In order to be truly satisfied and content, we must be in touch with our inner selves. In order to access The Cycle we need to have access to our own emotion bank, and be able to interpret ourselves. The way I usually choose to meditate is either sitting and listening to music without lyrics, eyes closed, and reflecting on the different emotions that are activated by the music, or sitting quietly in nature and observing. Even if it is just sitting and contemplating a houseplant, if you get in touch with the sense of beginning and end that is in that plant, the process of germination to maturity to seed production again etc., the process is very humbling, as it brings about the realization that we are nothing but stems in a cycle, nothing but circles that must continue around until we are complete and then start over again. Do this once a day my friends, and you will be one step closer to entering The Cycle.

I've really been meaning to start meditating once a day, and plan to do it in a week when I get back home.. at least to see if it works. Good post

i dispell all thoughts from my mind and exist within myself
i like to do this outside during dawn or dusk preferably

ReplyDeleteI think I need some meditating to relieve me stress. Really a healthy way to fix all your problems without pumping your body with chemicals and pills.
